We aim to settle straightforward claims within 7 working days.
How to claim
- Notify us within 24 hours: call 1557, use the ATM app, or email info@takaful.mv.
- Submit documents: download the relevant claim form from the Downloads page and attach supporting documents.
- Survey: for motor and property claims a surveyor will contact you within one working day.
- Settlement: approved claims are paid by bank transfer.
